Short BIO

Prof. Fei was previously the executive dean of School of Economics, Shanghai Jiao Tong University(SJTU), and is now the vice dean, professor and supervisor of Ph.D. candidates of China Academy of Finance Research (CAFR). He was also the Visiting Scholar in the department of economics, Harvard University and the National Bureau of Economic Research from 2000 to 2001.

Prof. Fei is one of the pioneer scholars who studied and introduced very early in China the theory of the firm on incomplete contracts and property right, theory of corporate governance, and organization theory.
