Before joining SAIF, she was an Assistant Professor of Finance at the University at Buffalo, the State University of New York (2008 – 2011) and an instructor at the University of Iowa (2006 – 2007).

Short BIO

Professor Jiang's research focuses on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, payout policy and empirical asset pricing. She has published in leading financial journals, including Journal of Corporate Finance, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, and Journal of Banking and Finance. She has been serving as co-editor of a special issue on financial management in China, Journal of Multinational Financial Management, since 2012.
